The employee, management teams and companies/organisations in whole will get access to practical and direct useful tools and abilities. These contribute to clearify SITUATIONS, ROLES and realities that together define the REALITY that employees and the company/organisation must have as a foundation in order to be able to act situationally EFFECTIVE. 

The base for a professional handling of SITUATIONS is created. A common language develops and values and effectiveness thinking becomes natural elements. The employee becomes more objective and open for necessary changes.

The basic value that 3D is built on is EFFECTIVENESS.

The first step in 3D:s program is an individual development seminar. This starts a process that makes each participant start looking on his/her total situation with, many times, a totally new perspectives than they have done before. The observations one makes about your situation, your role, yourself and your surrounding leeds to a number of reevaluations, an increased awareness and objectiveness. This will create a new ability to make a number of new priorities. The participants will be stimulated to a number of effectiveness improving changes. This first step is followed by a number of steps that will leed to the implementation of 3D into the own situation. E.g. for the own management team i the company.
