contribute to clearify SITUATIONS, ROLES and realities that together
define the REALITY that employees and the company/organisation must
have as a foundation in order to be able to act situationally EFFECTIVE.

The first step in 3D:s program is an individual development seminar.
This starts a process that makes each participant start looking on
his/her total situation with, many times, a totally new perspectives
than they have done before. The observations one makes about your situation,
your role, yourself and your surrounding leeds to a number of
reevaluations, an increased awareness and objectiveness. This will
create a new ability to make a number of new priorities. The
participants will be stimulated to a number of effectiveness improving
changes. This first step is followed by a number of steps that will
